Ensuring operational resilience requires real strategic planning and delivery of clear, actionable information. The challenges are great and many organizations are ill-prepared. In an earlier OCEG poll, our members made it clear that the events of 2021 have driven greater and more urgent interest in the way that they manage operational risk. In response to this finding, OCEG ran a larger research survey, sponsored by ServiceNow, to examine what improvement initiatives are planned, what challenges stand in the way, and where budgets are being applied.
Some of the results of the research are expected but others are surprising. Join us as we review the findings and discuss ways to address the challenges in building an effective, agile and reliable capability for operational risk management.
