Change is coming at a greater velocity and with more significant impact now than ever before. The ways that businesses and other organizations operate, the technologies they use, and the risks and requirements they face, are all expanding in both number and level of complication.

To be able to meet the rapid changes arising in today's environment, you must have a well-designed and executed GRC strategy. This should include defined strategic goals and guidance, inclusive leadership and teams, and a technology backbone that has a consistent data structure capable of providing measurement of outcomes. Weakness in any of these aspects of GRC strategy leads to lack of confidence and damages the ability to respond effectively to rapid change.
