What is the ISPP?

The Integrated Strategy & Performance Professional certification offers the most comprehensive, modern, and versatile certification program for strategy and performance professionals.

The ISPP uniquely integrates the principles and practices from:

• Business strategy
• Strategic finance
• Performance management

This diverse and interdisciplinary approach ensures that you have the skills to drive strategy and performance manage throughout the organization.

What does the ISPP cover?

The ISPP covers several areas, including:

• Setting mission, vision and values
• Setting objectives and key results (OKR)
• Formulating and mapping strategies
• Designing actions and controls to drive and measure performance

Is the exam open book?

YES! OCEG exams are open book, like the real world. You may use Google Search and other websites, plus your own notes and OCEG materials, to look things up.

You may not use AI. That includes ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, and any other tool that generates or suggests answers for you. If Google shows an AI overview or switches you into AI Mode, do not use it. Open the web page yourself and read it.

If our systems detect AI usage, OCEG reserves the right to revoke your certificate and ban your account immediately.

How do I prepare for the ISPP?

The ISPP is based on the open-source Strategy & Performance Capability Model. This model is taught in our Strategy & Performance Fundamentals course and via our training partners.
